Welcome to Yetuyene (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website yetuyene.com, mobile applications, and ride-hailing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
• Our services are intended for private, lawful use only (no transport of illegal goods, no abusive behavior).
• You may use Yetuyene’s platform only in Namibia, unless otherwise specified.

3. User Account

• You must register an account using accurate personal information (e.g. full name, phone number, payment method).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to allow others to use your account or impersonate another individual.

4. Booking & Ride Process

• Riders may request a trip through the app. A fare estimate is provided before confirming.
• Drivers are assigned based on availability and location.
• Once a ride is confirmed, cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation and driver effort.

5. Payments

• Riders agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking, including applicable taxes or service fees.
• Payments may be processed via card, mobile money, or other supported digital wallets.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

6. Driver Terms

• Drivers must be legally licensed, insured, and authorized to operate as transport providers.
• Drivers agree to maintain vehicle safety, hygiene, and compliance with traffic laws.
• Yetuyene reserves the right to suspend or deactivate drivers for misconduct, low ratings, or breach of contract.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers, riders, or Yetuyene staff.
• Attempt to access or modify system data, hack, or interfere with our platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website/app (logo, design, content, code, etc.) is owned by Yetuyene or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
